What I Offer
Botwright offers custom Discord bot development and server setup services. Standard packages have fixed prices listed on this site. Custom projects are quoted individually. Every order is confirmed with a written scope and price before work starts. Payments are made directly by PayPal or bank transfer, never through this website.
Orders, delivery and support
1. Scope and price. Every order starts with a written scope and price agreed in a Discord ticket or by email. Work starts only after you confirm it.
2. Payment. Orders under $50 are paid in full after you see a working demo and before the source code is delivered. Orders from $50 require a 50% deposit before work starts, and the remaining 50% after the demo and before delivery. Payment is made by PayPal invoice (Goods & Services) or bank transfer, with QR payment available for Czech clients.
3. Refunds. If I can't deliver what we agreed on, you get a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is not refundable. Once the source code has been delivered, payments are non-refundable. Problems after delivery are covered by the bug-fix period in point 7.
4. Delivery. You receive the complete source code as a ZIP file, already configured, together with the setup guide at botwright.dev/setup. I create and configure the Discord application for your bot. After final payment I transfer its ownership to your Discord account through a Developer Team, which requires two-factor authentication on your account. After the transfer you can reset the bot token at any time.
5. Delivery times. Simple up to 5 days, Standard up to 1 week, Advanced 1 to 2 weeks, Custom as agreed in the quote. Times start once the scope is confirmed and, where required, the deposit is paid.
6. Revisions. Simple includes bug fixes only, Standard one round of revisions, Advanced two rounds, Custom as agreed. A revision is a change to what we agreed on, such as wording, colors or behavior. A new feature is not a revision and is quoted separately.
7. Bug fixes. For 14 days after delivery I fix bugs for free. A bug means the bot does not work as agreed. This does not cover code you have modified, hosting problems, or changes made by Discord after this period. Fixes outside these terms are available for a fee.
8. Hosting. Hosting, its costs and uptime are your responsibility. The setup guide explains your options.
9. Ownership and license. You may use and modify the delivered code for your own servers, with no time limit. You may not resell or redistribute it or offer it as a product or service. I keep the right to reuse general, non client-specific parts of the code in other projects.
10. Support after the bug-fix period is paid and quoted per request.

This site and all information on it is provided "as-is" without warranty. I make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or accuracy of information.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes to Terms
I may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
